Kettlebell Fitness

The kettlebell is a very popular piece of fitness equipment. When you cut through the hype there is a very sound case for why you should be training with kettlebells.

Firstly, kettlebells offer a hybrid strength and cardio based workout making them a highly efficient means of training allowing for intense calorie burn and the development of lean muscle mass. Kettlebells are also very flexible and can be adapted to develop mutliple different skill sets, such as - strength, power, speed, endurace, cardiovascular capacity, agility and balance.
