Fitstream Delivery, Refund and Returns Policy

The placing of an order with Fitstream indicates the Customers acceptance of the site terms and conditions and privacy policy.

Delivery Time

Fitstream will attempt dispatch the Customer's order within 48 hours from the date that the order was placed (working days only, which exclude Saturday, Sunday and UK Bank Holidays) with an expected arrival time of between 2-5 days. The Customer should allow up to 14 days in consideration of unforeseen circumstance.

Delivery Method

We use a mixture of Royal Mail and an outsourced courier service depending on the size and weight of the items ordered. While every effort will be made to adhere to delivery requests Fitstream and Lithial ltd will not accept any claim for compensation arising from late or missed delivery.

Deliveries cannot be made to any P.O. BOXES or BFPO addresses.

Delivery Information

As all of our shipping methods require a signature upon delivery we advise you choose a shipping address you know you will be at between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. If no one is available to sign for your package, a card will be left by the carrier instructing you what to do. Please read the card carefully, follow the instructions and do not throw it away. If your package is returned to us due to failure to collect/sign for, we will unfortunately have to apply a second delivery charge before your order can be shipped again.

Please note - any customer, who refuses to accept delivery of their order for any reason other than the product being damaged in transit, will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. In addition, the customer will be liable for any delivery costs incurred by Fitstream.

Refunds / Returns / Exchanges

By law, customers in the UK have the statutory right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to cancel their order (prior to shipment) for any item purchased on the Fitstream and Lithial ltd website or over the telephone, for a full refund. In addition, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an order within a seven working days 'cooling off period' after the delivery of the item.

Items must be returned to Fitstream and Lithial ltd at the customers expense in their original packaging and in perfect 'saleable' order - Fitstream and Lithial ltd reserves the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale. A full refund minus any delivery costs incurred by Fitstream and Lithial ltd will be given.

In order to arrange a refund or exchange, you must first contact Fitstream and Lithial ltd about the return at admin@fitstream.com. We will review and where appropriate, authorise your query and provide instructions on how to proceed with the product return. Returns will only be accepted with prior approval from Fitstream.

Any promotional items received when purchasing the goods that are to be returned, must also be returned or paid for in full. We recommend using a registered service when returning any items to us. Please note, any customer, who refuses to accept delivery of their order for any reason other than the product being damaged in transit, will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Lost or Damaged Goods

In the event that any goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact us immediately by email admin@fitstream.com. In the case of non-delivery please wait 7 working days from the date of your despatched email in case it has been delayed. In case of goods received damaged or faulty please retain the goods and contact us within 3 days of receipt, whereupon we will arrange for the damaged or faulty goods to be exchanged or we will provide a refund of the cost of the goods.

Back orders

If an ordered item is not in stock Fitstream and Lithial ltd will back order it. Customers will be contacted with the option to cancel their order if you would rather not wait.

Cancellation

By law, customers in the UK have the statuary right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to cancel their order (prior to shipment) for any item purchased on the Fitstream and Lithial ltd website for a full refund. Customers may cancel their order and receive a full refund prior at any time before the order has been shipped.

The regulations require the customer to send a notice of cancellation in writing or email. For cancellations prior to dispatch, please send an email to admin@fitstream.com.

Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs if the order is cancelled after shipment. As a result, you will be charged shipping costs to you and then back to our warehouse. Fitstream can't be held responsible if an order is not cancelled by the customer in time. If cancellation of an order is necessary, it must be done no later than 24-hours after the order placement.

Customs and Duty

Please note that all shipments to Non EU destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
