Grappler Details

The grappler is ideal for rotational torso training and revolutionises core conditioning whilst working the entire upper-body like no other piece of fitness equipment can. Forget crunches, if you want a strong, defined core and thick, muscular shoulders the Fitstream Grappler is the answer.
Thia heavy duty grappler has a free-standing, weighted base to keep it stable during workouts and it fit's nicely into the corner of a room or against a wall.
All you need is to insert an Olympic or standard barbell in the rotational sleeve and you're ready to go.

How does The Grappler work?
Slide one end of your barbell (Olympic and standard connectors) into the heavy duty baseplate and load the other end of the bar with weights. The bar is now sitting in a rotating arm which will allow you to pivot throughout 360 degrees of motion.
The bar arcs around it's pivot point, allowing you to swing, row, lift and push the weight around its central fixed point.
Grappling Handle
The Arc comes with a dual grappling handle (pictured below) for increased difficulty and two handed training.
