The Lebert Equalizer

The Lebert Equalizer is a very popular strength and flexibility training tool that looks a bit bit like parallettes but are more versatile. The Equalizer was designed to be a portable tool for traditional strength training exercises and can be used for group fitness classes, in and around your home or by personal trainers for client fitness.

Through exercising with the Equalizer and manipulating your body through various ranges of motion with nothing other than your bodyweight you can have an intense total body workout. It's particluarly effective at targeting the triceps, lower abs and back muscles.

Each Equalizer bar weighs 8 pounds. The dimensions are 28-1/2 inches high by 25 inches wide and it has been tested to support up to 400 pounds of body weight. The Equalizers can easily be stacked together, taking up little storage space.
