There are plenty of advantages to working out at home rather than at the gym. You can do it whenever you have the time, to your own music, with no queues for equipment or sweaty blokes strutting about.

Even if you don't have a full set of weights this shouldn't stop you. You can develop an insane level of fitness and strength just through bodyweight exercises if you pick the right ones and push yourself. Throw in a set of gym rings for superior strength building and a kettlebell for a strength, cardio hybrid workout and you have a great little setup that will develop an elite physique that not only looks the part, but can step up to the plate when needed to.
