For anyone that's heard of CrossFit but not quite sure what it is, or perhaps thinking of starting CrossFit we've released our introductory guide article to CrossFit training, workouts and equipment.

This article serves as an introduction to the ever-growing, high-intensity functional fitness movement that's acquiring an almost cult-like following.

The devotion, intensity and commitment that CrossFit requires might not be everyone's cup of tea, but there's certainly a lot to be learned from the CrossFit ethos, training methods and principles, and the CrossFit Journal is a superb reading resource.
