Plyometric, suspension training and bodyweight exercises added

We've added two new sections to the Fitstream Exercise Directory and a few more exercises into the mix.
You'll now find a Plyometrics section to build explosive power or improve your vertical jump, and a Suspension Training area for suspended bodyweight exercises that develop strength, agility and balance skills.
Here are the exercises we've added to kick things off:
- The plyometric box jump
- Suspended chest press
- Suspended crunch
- Suspended single leg squat
