Plyo Box Features
- Excellent for developing explosive leg power, leg strength and dynamic balance.
- Made from 1.25 14-gauge tubular steel.
- Legs are constructed "straight down" to prevent injuries from mis-jumps.
- These boxes are constructed to hold the biggest, most powerful people in both athletic and clinical settings.
- Use 6" and 12" boxes for step-up and running drills.
- Use higher boxes for jumping and bounding drills.
- Extra large landing surface is covered with 3/8" polyurethane rubber to cushion landings.
- Landing surface for the 6" box is 18" x 18". For each increasing height, landing surface expands by 9 square inches.
- Available in 6", 12", 18", 24", 30" and 36" heights.
