    The Torque Push-up Spikes allow you to take the staple push-up exercise to new levels of intensity, maximizing gains in shoulder and chest strength and definition. 

    Torque Athletic offer the Push-up Spikes in 3 different diameter tee handles from 1 - 2 inches. 

    1/2 inch diameter x 4 inch long solid steel spike. Bottom of the spike is protected by a 1/4 inch x 1 inch diameter steel cap , allowing for a more secure contact point with the surface.
