Portable and lightweight, they can be suspended from any stable structure in seconds using the straps provided and can be altered in height using the adjustable buckle to vary your exercise from the likes of pull-ups which require high rings, to push-ups which require low rings.

 Setting up the Elite Rings

Using the mouting system supplied you can suspend the rings from any overhead structure. This could be a rafter, pull-up bar, beam, tree, or ceiling installed eye bolt. 

Simply thread the straps over the structure and through the buckle, which will securely hold it in place. The tab on the buckle can be pressed to allow more/less strap to pass through to alter the height of the rings.

 Our Elite Rings Review

The Elite Rings are excellent fitness equipment for anyone who wants to start ring training. They represent good value for money yet offer solid construction that will give you years of service, backed up with a two year warranty with every set of rings. 

We tested the rings in our garage, suspending them over the wooden beams that run the ceiling. With the help of some step ladders we had them rigged up in minutes. The buckle is mighty, and there doesn't seem to be any give in it what-so-ever and after training on them heavily for the last month we have no doubts in the stability or quality of this product. 

Anyone who values the portability of their rings will love the Elite's. They are extremely lightweight as they are made from a form of high-density plastic, yet still incredibly strong. 

The texture is relatively light for our liking but you can easily add to this with sandpaper or use racquet grip if you prefer.

The only issue we had with the rings is that there is no way to manage the excess strap when you are training. Some other manufacturers ship with a piece of velcro to keep this out the way for example. 

Conclusion:

We would recommend the Elite Rings to anyone. A solid ring training product at a good price.
