The Fitstream Rings were designed specifically for strength and fitness workouts. Each pair comes with two extra-long straps, allowing you to hang the rings up to 8 feet below the attachment point.
The high-tensile straps feature a larger cam buckle than most other rings on the market, which allows for quick height-adjustment and an ultra-secure hold with no slippage.
Rings are one of the simplest and most effective strength tools available and can be set-up in minutes in your gym, garage or home.

2 Easy-adjust heavy duty CAM buckles
The solid construction, lightweight design and easy setup of the Fitstream Rings makes them the perfect choice of equipment for strength training and bodyweight workouts.
Setting up the Rings
After threading the straps over (or through) your anchor point, the rings are secured in place using the CAM buckles. These buckles are also used to adjust the height of the rings by feeding through more or less webbing.
The straps can be suspended over pull-up bars, beams or rafters in your home or garage, or passed through an eye-bolt secured into your ceiling (not supplied). You can also take the rings outside and hook them over trees or local park equipment.
Fitstream now offer these rings in wooden material too, for anyone who prefers the old school feel and texture of wooden gymnastics rings.
Fitstream Rings Video
The rings are designed specifically for fitness workouts and bodyweight strength training, and are not intended for gymnastics swings or dismounts.

My gym rings arrived very quickly, and after installing them in my garage gym was humbled by the by my first attempts at dips,i usually dip with a 20kg weighted belt, but performing just a few dips,on the gym rings was a real challenge, have been experimenting with various techniques and have found them a really excellent addition to my garage gym,im setting myself a 6 month time span to perform the muscle up...great product
my rings came in two days and im very happy to say my rings are great thanks fitstream !!!!!!
Fantastic addition to home gym
Having read impressive things about gym ring training, I decided to give these a try and I have been really pleased with my choice. The rings add instability to bodyweight exercises so they become much harder, but you naturally use more muscle groups to keep yourself steady which is great for improving strength. You'll manage fewer reps, but you'll feel more of the burn!
As for the product itself, it’s simple but well constructed. The rings are light and solid, and the cords and buckles don't look like they'll wear out anytime soon even with frequent adjustments, which is great because by having adjustable cord lengths, the rings become extremely versatile. You can pretty much do any bodyweight exercise you’d normally do on these, only the rings will push you even harder.
Thank you very much, rings came really quickly, I love them. FITSTREAM is the best. :)
Came within 2 days of ordering. With my weighted vest brought from here I had a amazing workout today!Very pleased with them.Am really looking forward to seeing what results I get with these
5/5 The rings came within a week, and I live in France. So great delivery speed, as ever. The quality is very nice, and it' a really good way to challenge you through your workouts. The setup is pretty quick and easy to do, you can fix them on a tree, on your pull-up bar or wherever you want. The grip feels really nice and don't slip even with the sweat you can encounter doing a hard workout.
If you want a pretty-good quality*, with solid equipements, a fast delivery wherever you are in the world, and an attractive price (usualy good rings are 70$ at least), don't worry it's the right choice.
*best quality rings are wooden rings but they're usualy not the cheapiest.
Very good service arrived in two days everything perfect. Been using a pull up bar for a year but must say rings are much harder. Will take some time to get used to but will work your body harder maybe best bodyweight exercise's you can do.
The support position is the fundamental starting point for ring training and to develop the ability to manipulate your own bodyweight. This static hold will develop the core strength required to simply suspend your body from the floor, assisted only by the arms.
