Suspension Trainers

Suspension Training is a form of bodyweight strength training using specially designed fitness straps (called Suspension Trainers) anchored to a fixed point (such as a door).

A Suspension Trainer allows you to leverage your own bodyweight whilst exercising in unusual or challenging positions, that otherwise wouldn't be possible.
