Setting up the Rings

After threading the straps over (or through) your anchor point, the rings are secured in place using the CAM buckles. These buckles are also used to adjust the height of the rings by feeding through more or less webbing.

The straps can be suspended over pull-up bars, beams, or rafters in your home or garage, or passed through an eye-bolt secured into your ceiling (not supplied). You can also take the rings outside and hook them over trees or local park equipment.

Settingupgymnasticsrings

Fitstream now offer these as wooden gymnastics rings too.

The rings are designed specifically for fitness workouts and bodyweight strength training and are not intended for gymnastics swings or dismounts.

Having read impressive things about gym ring training, I decided to give these a try and I have been really pleased with my choice.  The rings add instability to bodyweight exercises so they become much harder, but you naturally use more muscle groups to keep yourself steady which is great for improving strength.  You'll manage fewer reps, but you'll feel more of the burn!

As for the product itself, it’s simple but well constructed.  The rings are light and solid, and the cords and buckles don't look like they'll wear out anytime soon even with frequent adjustments, which is great because by having adjustable cord lengths, the rings become extremely versatile.  You can pretty much do any bodyweight exercise you’d normally do on these, only the rings will push you even harder.

5/5
The rings came within a week, and I live in France. So great delivery speed, as ever.
The quality is very nice, and it' a really good way to challenge you through your workouts.
The setup is pretty quick and easy to do, you can fix them on a tree, on your pull-up bar or
wherever you want.
The grip feels really nice and don't slip even with the sweat you can encounter doing a hard workout.

If you want a pretty-good quality*, with solid equipements, a fast delivery wherever you are in the world, and an attractive price (usualy good rings are 70$ at least), don't worry it's the right choice.

*best quality rings are wooden rings but they're usualy not the cheapiest.
