6kg Fitstream Club Details
One of the most primitive and basic tools known to man - the club, is helping us get lean and strong again.
Training with weighted clubs is a unique form of exercise that is similar in form to kettlebell training. Composed of various lifts and swings, clubs training makes for a highly effective, and efficient workout. The clubs combine strength training and cardiovascular exercise and are primarily used as an upper-body strengthening tool, with particular focus on shoulder strength, flexibility, and weight loss.

Men: Men in good shape should start with 6kg weighed clubs, maybe the 8kg if you're very strong and 10kg only if you have a thorough strength training background and are exceptionally strong. For two handed, single club training, male beginners can use one 10kg club and athletic males a 15kg club.
If you're concentrating mainly on joint mobility you may like to start with a set of 2-4kg.
Women: Physically fit women should start with two 4kg weighted clubs. If you are just starting out you can begin with the 2kg clubs and work up from there. For two handed, single club training try the 6kg for beginners and 10kg if you are athletic.
Note: These weights may seem light – but it's a common mistake for people to go too heavy. Remember that you aren't just lifting these weights, but swinging them.
