The Fitstream Weight Vest Blocks are easily added into the vest pockets, and sealed securely in place to incrementally increase the weight used for your training.
Each block is 1kg in weight and can be used to increase the weight of the Fitstream Vest to 30kg for extreme weighted calisthenics training.

I have just added more wighted blocks to my vest, they fit nice and snug in the pouches, no movement while training.
