The equipment we choose to work out with and how we use it fundamentally determines what we get out of our fitness training. Everyone should be aiming to get the most from their training in as efficient a way as possible, enhancing the physique and health benefits by training in the right way, with the right tools. 

Generally, the most efficient ways of training is using fitness equipment that really forces you to work. Intensity and consistency are the cornerstones of good fitness.

Choose equipment such as Olympic weights for strength and muscle mass, running shoes and an interval timers for high-intensity cardiovascular work, and kettlebells for hybrid strength and cardio workouts for a balanced, yet back to basics routine.
