General Physical Preparedness

General Physical Preparedness (GPP) is the development of total fitness; that is, aiming for competency across the widely recognised ten general physical skills:

  • Speed,
  • Agility, 
  • Cardiovascular,
  • Balance, 
  • Coordination,
  • Flexibility,
  • Power, 
  • Accuracy,
  • Stamina, 
  • Strength.
